Bus Transportation
The bus transportation
fees for one way ($45) or round trip ($60) are
not refundable after June 15. We encourage bus
transportation to and from camp. The bus departs
from and returns in Hicksville
on North Broadway (Rt. 107). Buses are loaded
on Mondays at 8 am and depart
at 8:30 am. For every session, buses leave camp
at 9:30 am on Saturday and arrive at 1 Nevada Way Red Lobster parking lot by 10:30 am.
Canteen
All campers receive a canteen card at camp.
This card can be used to purchase snacks at
our camp store.
Deposits and Payments
- A deposit of $200 per session
is required with application.
- All camp fees must be paid
in full by May 16
- Camp fees may be charged
to Visa or MasterCard.

Financial Aid
"Camperships" are made available through private donations for Nassau County residents.
Camperships are for partial support toward one camp session and are based on family need. For an application call 516-433-7970 Ext 11.
Scholarship applications will be reviewed pending funds available.
Donations to support camp scholarships are tax deductible and can be sent to Cornell Cooperative Extention, 5 Old Jericho Tpke, Jericho, NY 11753.

Discounts
All applications with appropriate
deposits and payments received before April 1 will
receive the discounted rate.
Changes, Cancellations and Refunds
- There is a $25 fee for
any change of sessions.
- There is a onetime $100 fee for any cancellation
received in writing before June 1.
For any refund after June1:
- Written cancellation must be
received at least 2 weeks prior to the start of
the scheduled session.
- A $200 fee is non-refundable
for each session.
- No refunds for special programs or bus fees.
- Upon arrival, the camp medical
staff will evaluate all campers. If determined
that the camper is too ill to attend camp, parents
will be notified to pickup camper immediately. No refund will be issued.
- In the event
that a camper becomes ill at camp and is sent
home at the discretion of the camp medical staff,
there will be no refund.
- In the interest of the health
and welfare of all campers, those campers who
cannot adjust to camp (e.g., severe homesickness,
bed wetting, disruptive or dangerous behavior,
non-compliance) may be sent home by the Camp Director
and there is NO REFUND for the
remainder of that session. Subsequent sessions
are subject to a $200 cancellation fee per session
and all fees for special programs are non-refundable.
