Nassau County DPF 4-H Camp
International Staff...Welcome!
The DPF 4-H camp believes strongly in the importance of providing experiences for our
campers in tolerance, understanding and diversity.  Our international staff play a large role
by sharing their own cultures and traditions with the rest of camp.

International staff are encouraged to bring cultural items to camp to share, and will be
given opportunities to share with campers and staff.
In 2007, 28 international staff
members worked at the DPF 4-H Camp from 10 different countries (
Austria, Australia,
Germany, Netherlands, New Zealand,
Northern Ireland, Poland, Russia, United Kingdom
and the United States).

In 2008, we will be welcoming 22 international staff from Australia, Dominican Republic,
Hungary, New Zealand, Netherlands,
Russia, Slovenia, Turkey, Ukraine, the United
Kingdom, and the United States.
