Here's some suggestions for what to bring
to camp:
- 2-3 pajamas or nightshirts
- 3-5 pair of shorts
- 3-5 long pants/jeans
- 10 t-shirts
- 2 appropriate bathing suits
- 10 changes of underwear
- 10 pair of socks
- 2-3 pair of sneakers/shoes
- 1 pair of flip-flops/sandals
- rain jacket or poncho
- jacket, sweater, sweatshirt
- hat/cap
- sleeping bag/blankets
- 2 sheets
- pillow and pillow case
- 5-6 towels and washcloths
- flashlight (torch) with extra batteries
- soap in a waterproof container
- shampoo
- toothbrush and toothpaste
- small plastic container for shower
supplies
- comb or hairbrush
- insect repellent
- water bottle for drinking water
- watch
Optional Items
- Sports equipment (baseball mitt,
tennis racket)
- Camera and film
- Musical instrument (guitar,
harmonica)

Notes about Appropriate Clothing:
Beachwear
- Girls- All bathing suits should be
modest. One piece and tankinis are
encouraged.
- Boys- Only boxer style suits should
be worn at camp. No brief style
suits are allowed.
Everyday Wear
- Girls- Short shorts (with your
"cheeks" showing), slit shorts, tube
tops, and sheer tops are not
allowed. Shirts must cover your
stomach at all times
- Boys- Shirts must be worn at all
times unless you are at the beach.
If you wear baggy shorts or pants,
they must be "pulled up" with no
underwear visible.
Logos and Advertisements
- Inappropriate language or graphics
on clothing is unacceptable.
- This includes advertising of
alcohol, tobacco, or illegal drugs,
as well as clothing with sexual
content or sexual innuendos.
- Ask if you are unsure!
Packing for Camp
